The Design Discovery Meeting (DDM) can be conducted three different ways.
Our Self-Guided DDM allows you to breakdown the elements of your completed Real Living Assessment through our parsing programs (breaking down and describing the revealed roles) and our instructional videos.
The Coached DDM (Basic) is similar to the Self-Guided DDM, and adds a 30-minute coached review of your Basic Assessment results with one of our certified coaches.
The Coached DDM (Full) is a deep-dive two-hour review of your Complete Assessment results, and includes the help of our certified coaches to assist you in developing your Personal Purpose Statement. The Design Discovery Meeting process is unlike any other. You will be seen and valued for who you really are based on the answers you gave in your Real Living Assessment. It's not uncommon for emotions to come to the surface, because most people go through life without ever feeling seen, understood or valued for who they are. For these reasons and more, we do the DDM evaluations privately. The Coached DDM is where our training and experience help explain your Real Living Assessment results in plain English and assist you in applying them to your daily life.
We conduct the coached DDM via a Zoom Web Conference. We require that you invite a close family member, or friend, to be a silent observer, and to be a resource for you to have third party confirmation readily available. The session will be recorded. Afterward, you will be given a private link to your DDM to review and study as you move forward in your journey.
The Construct Pieces Of Your DDM

It can also reveal at what point you are no longer motivated to invest your energies. It is often also a clear indicator of how other’s motivated role will cause you conflict and friction. It can also reveal that there are others that have conflicting Impact Styles that really rub you the wrong way. It is often also a clear indicator of possible tweaks. Tweaks can show up as the following negative behaviors; passive aggressive, manipulation, obsessive restrictive or obsessive compulsive. Temperaments Article Interests, Abilities and Values The Interests, Abilities and Values are where we identify what areas you need to gravitate towards, how you will participate and why it is so very, very important for you to pursue them. This is where we get your Personal Purpose Statement. It is your personal life choice compass and is really a priceless gift for you to embrace.
